My first 4th of July

I kicked off my first Independence Day and the country's 235th with a special breakfast from Daddy. Red, white, and blue pancakes! Daddy even tried to make a flag pancake for Mommy, but it just looked liked a crooked mickey mouse pancake to me :) I didn't really get to eat the pancakes so instead I ate Daddy's nose.
Just hanging in Mommy and Daddy's bed waiting for them to get ready for the festivities

Now we're talkin....that was some good milk. I think I'll just sit here and take in the scenery. Auntie Amber and Uncle Mark invited us to join them at Mark's family cabin on Clear Lake for the 4th. Here I am with Daddy, Auntie Amber, and my cousin Caleb.

Posing with my parents... this is a little better than Easter when they had to pose with me on the floor while I was sleeping :)

The 4th is pretty fun!

I only went through two wardrobe changes today. Luckily I had two 4th of July outfits, thanks Nana and cousin Robin.

I watched my first fireworks from the ergo carrier on Daddy's chest. He covered my ears the whole time so I wouldn't be scared. Too bad mom and dad didn't remember my cool camo ear muffs. Guess we'll have to break those out for my first sounders game.

Happy 4th of July!
